Brand Strategist/Content Manager
Over three and a half years of experience with Capsa Ventures as their Brand Strategist. Including progressive responsibilities directing brand strategy for new developments and several sister companies. My primary responsibilities included constructing and maintaining websites for all entities, designing advertising content aligned with each entity's individual branding, and developing full brand books and logos for residential developments.
Branding/Website Design/Creative Director
Pecan Knoll is a residential development project of 38 steel-framed homes in East ATX. We partnered with Okkem Design to create renderings of the homes. In phase 1, I conducted market research, directed brand/logo design, and built a campaign plan for sales communications. In Phase 2 I designed the website for the neighborhood (including the interactive assets shown below). I've worked primarily in Wix, so each page is tagged with snippets of code to enable SEO crawling. While the site was crawled, I created and stocked private social media accounts for the development to go live as soon as contracts could be signed.
Greater Austin Real Estate
Canvas Properties is the real estate brokerage arm of our horizontally-integrated company. I create marketing content for our agents that is used across various social platforms and email campaigns. Canvas has an established brand, so I act as their remote graphic designer for Instagram stories and posts, personalized gifs, e-blast designs, postcards, yard signs, and any other content that's needed.
Branding / Website Design
Rodadora is a development project that has just been taken underway. We partnered with BDX Media to create renderings of these unique homes. I finalized the Rodadora branding by taking an initial logo design, vectorizing it, choosing a color palette, and creating a brand book. After finalizing Rodadora's brand guidelines, I designed a functional website for the neighborhood and designed/planned billboard campaigns with various messaging.
In front of the Rodadora property, there is a conveniently located billboard that we will use to advertise our new community of steel-framed homes. I was tasked with designing multiple iterations of billboards including a modular design that would involve only changing the left half of the billboard throughout the development.
